The Customization Process:

1. Based on your needs, desires, and knowledge of/experience with a program, we customize a course outline specifically for you. (See below.)
2. A recommendation for the amount of training is provided with a price quote. (We are realistic about the amount of training necessary to accomplish your goals. Additional training may be added later, if desired.)
3. You are put in touch with your trainer directly to arrange a schedule and location that works best for you. (Training is delivered at your home or office, or at our training facility. A laptop can be provided.)
4. Following your training, you may utilize our Question Forum to contact your trainers directly with any questions you may have (up to 1 year).

Information we need from you:

• Your current skill level. Make sure to let us know some functions or tasks you feel comfortable completing and stay away from using words like "Intermediate"
• Your goals. Be as specific as possible
• The version of software you are currently using.
• Where you would like the training to take place (your home or office).
• When you would like the training to take place: days, nights, or weekends.
