Glenn |
Glenn is a full-time instructor, programmer and graphic designer and he was recently awarded a Microsoft Master Instructor certificate. His clients are routinely impressed with his service, as well as his chocolate chip cookies, and encourage him to become a full-time baker.
Before graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 1987, Glenn worked in coffee sales, ski tours and as a photo studio assistant. Armed with a BS in Operations Research he first worked as a programmer analyst at a division of Parsons Engineering. Lured by the nascent PC revolution, he sold computers at ComputerLand, where he received extensive manufacturer training and certifications from Compaq, HP, IBM, Apple, Epson and NEC.
Programs Glenn teaches at NYIM include VBA, Excel for the Financial Industry, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, & InDesign.
