Joy has been a computer/professional development trainer and instructional designer for over 14 years, working for a variety of clients. Her clients have included Farmers Insurance, National Science Foundation, Anne Arundel County Government, MJM Advertising, Diebold Election Systems, and SUNY - Orange County Community College. She also does web design for various clients.

She has a training style that excites you and makes you feel at ease, regardless of your level. Whether it is a one-on-one session or a group, you will leave the session feeling that you can now work more effectively and efficiently. She specializes in software for business use such as MS Office products, as well as programs like Adobe Photoshop. She has a BS in English from Towson University.
